1. General Provisions

This Policy defines the rules for using any materials posted on the website https://frankof.com.ua (hereinafter — the Website).

All content of the Website, including texts, photographs, 3D visualizations, graphic elements, page design, model descriptions, drawings, as well as the furniture samples themselves developed by our company, are objects of intellectual property of FRANKOF.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The FRANKOF trademark was registered on “03” 04 2024 in accordance with the established procedure and is protected by the legislation of Ukraine and international agreements.

The design, models, shapes, fabric combinations, and other elements of upholstered furniture developed by our company’s specialists are proprietary industrial designs protected as objects of copyright and industrial property.

Any copying, reproduction, publication, or use of materials from the Website, including photos, 3D renders, or drawings, without the written permission of the company is prohibited.

The use of specific materials is possible only with the written consent of the rights holder or in the presence of an active hyperlink to the source (solely for non-commercial reviews or publications).

3. Prohibited Actions

  • Using photos or renders of furniture from the website without permission;
  • Removing or changing the logo, watermarks, or other identification elements of the trademark;
  • Copying texts of model descriptions, characteristics, size charts, etc.;
  • Reproducing the furniture design (shapes, configurations, combinations of elements) in one’s own production without agreement with the rights holder.

4. Liability

Illegal use of content or copying of industrial designs entails liability in accordance with:

  • The Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights”;
  • The Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Rights to Industrial Designs”;
  • The Civil Code of Ukraine.

And may lead to:

  • Blocking of the infringer’s page;
  • Recovery of damages or compensation in the amount of up to 200 living wages for able-bodied persons;
  • Criminal liability in case of systemic violation of rights.
